Farman is one of the leader compagnies specialised in industrial robototics. Farman is specialised in the industrial integration of robotised assembly machines for the automotive, aviation and energy industries, as well as, the mid- and large-scale production of metal sheeting and smelting works.

Founded in 1906 by Henri and Maurice Farman. Farman ended its aeronauritcal activites in 1956 in order to redirect its efforts toward its long-term partner, the supplier of its aircraft engines : Renault. Since then, Farman pursued its industrial adventures by producing robotised assembly lines and accumulation conveyors all around the world, for the aviation and automotive industries. The Groupe Galilé acquired Farman in 2013
